Emmanuel Blouin is the Founder and Managing Partner of Esterel Capital, an investment boutique focusing on property and special situations transactions across Europe since 2008. Emmanuel is Non Executive Directors of AIM-listed RGI International, one of the prominent Russian developer specialising in quality real estate and active in Moscow and its region. He is also Non Executive Director of XXI Century, an AIM-listed developer specialising in retail developments in Kyiv and the major cities of Ukraine. Emmanuel was formerly an investment banker and investor with Morgan Stanley/MSREF, JPMorgan and BNP Paribas. Over his 20 years career, Emmanuel has been involved in transactions having an aggregate value in excess of €50 billion across Europe. Emmanuel is a graduate of HEC Paris with a major in Finance.

Dr. Franz Jurkowitsch (Austrian citizen) is chairman, co-founder and co-owner of Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG. Dr. Jurkowitsch has worked in real estate development and investment business in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, France, Romania and Russia since 1985. He is chairman of the Supervisory Board of Vienna International Hotelmanagement AG (since May 1999), member of the Supervisory Board of S&T System Integration & Technology Distribution AG (since June 2004), and of Sigmund-Freud-Privatstiftung (since October 2003). Mr. Jurkowitsch graduated from the University of Economics in Vienna. He also holds a doctorate from the University of Economics in Vienna (since 1971).Warimpex Finanz- und Beteiligungs AG is a property development and investment company with its headquarters in Vienna and offices in Budapest, Prague, St. Petersburg and Warsaw.
